IMPORTANT UPDATED NOTICE from Dr. Melissa - I am completing some medical treatments for myself which require travel and multiple appointments each week. For labs and portal messages, there will be a delay in all non-urgent items. I am reviewing urgent items when I can. Thank you for your patience!
Messages and labs are being triaged during this time to address anything that is urgent. Non-urgent items will be addressed in a slower fashion. For urgent matters, please remember to call or text the business line at 972-349-5426. For non-urgent matters, please send a portal message. If you need a response within 24-48 hours, it's best to call or text. If you do not need a quick reply and can wait, please send a message. When possible, we strive to answer portal messages within 72 hours for non-urgent matters.
If your portal message requires a significant amount of time for a response, those questions or issues need to be addressed at your upcoming visit. If a message can be answered quickly and easily, those are appropriate portal messages.
