IMPORTANT UPDATED NOTICE from 5/29 from Dr. Melissa - Patient email sent out 5/13/26 - if you did NOT get this email, check your spam/junk folder please. The email lists important details! I am taking things week by week. I will likely have to move some appointments so please look for a portal notification from us if needed. You will be contacted as soon as possible in regards to your visit. For labs and portal messages, there will be a significant delay in all non-urgent items. I am reviewing urgent items when I can which is sparingly at this time. I will provide an update here every few days regarding my status. Thank you for your patience!
Messages and labs are being triaged during this time to address anything that is urgent. Non-urgent items will be addressed in a slower fashion. For urgent matters, please remember to call or text the business line at 972-349-5426. For non-urgent matters, please send a portal message. If you need a response within 24-48 hours, it's best to call or text. If you do not need a quick reply and can wait, please send a message. When possible, we strive to answer portal messages within 72 hours for non-urgent matters.
